There is a saying that goes something like this "A way to a persons heart is through the stomach" and I'm a believer. I love to shower my friends and family with what I call "Kitchen Love" and I pour my heart, soul and creativity into everything I make and feel those emotions shine through in my creations. I don't shy away from challenges (especially in the kitchen). While I have a degree in Public Relations, I often kick myself for not going to Culinary school. However, I am a self-taught cook and believe in "winging it" on occasion.
One of my favorite cakes. A four-tiered round almond Italian cream, Tiramisu, and Vanilla cream cake covered in buttercream and adorned with black ribbon and faux orange flowers. I love it...need I say more?
